Adding SDSU Rapid City Rooms Calendars to Outlook

Issue/Question

How do I add SDSU Rapid City rooms calendars to my Outlook

Environment

  • Office 365
  • insidestate.sdstate.edu

Cause

Calendar access required to reserve classrooms and lab space

Resolution

  1. Open Browser
  2. Log into https://insidestate.sdstate.edu using your SDSU issued credentials
  3. Hover over Academics
  4. Click on Nursing
  5. Scroll down to the Rapid Calendars
  6. Click on the calendar to add
  7. Click on the Calendar tab at the top of the page
  8. Choose Connect to Outlook
  9. Click Open Link
  10. Click Yes to add calendar to Outlook
