Using VisitDays to Invite Attendees to On-Campus or Virtual Events

Our department would like to plan an event and invite prospective students to attend

  • VisitDays

Resolution

  1. To be able to use VisitDays please contact Admissions to receive access and training
    Note: if you just need one event, it may be possible to have it set up by Admissions
  2. Once access is given it is possible to set up the following visit types:
    1. Daily Visits
    2. Events (one time visits)
    3. Off Campus Visit
    4. Sessions (individual components that make up larger events, such as a welcome session, visit with faculty session, financial aid session etc.)
  3. Links to visits can be put on your department's Webpage for attendees to sign up or sent by email
  4. Attendees can sign up and receive notifications by email or text message
