Updating Email Preferences in VisitDays

Issue/Question

How do I update my e-mail preferences in VisitDays?

Environment

  • VisitDays
  • Admissions Staff or Faculty

Cause

VisitDays is the event platform used by USD, hosts need to update their profile to indicate how they would like to receive notification 

Resolution

Note: In order to receive additional communications about campus visits, please update your e-mail settings in Visit Days, this will keep you current on activity related to the student's visit

  1. Sign into VisitDays
  2. In the upper right-hand corner click on your round picture or initials
  3. Select Email Settings
    Note: all email setting options will be displayed
  4. Under Digest Emails, Assignment Emails, and Request Owner Emails, check  your preference
  5. Click Save Changes
