Finding Titanium Release Notes

Issue/Question

• Where do I find details of the updates in Titanium?
• How do we get release notes for Titanium?
• Who is responsible for checking for updates and scheduling them?

Cause

We would like to assess the impact of the update

Resolution

1. Log into Titanium
2. Click Help
3. Select Update History (What's new in Titanium Schedule)
   Note: Check for Updates contains information about available updates which are released about once a month)
4. Use the release notes to assess the impact
5. The Counseling Center lead administrator should make sure her wellness checks include the impacted items once the update has been completed
6. If there are major updates that need to be communicated to the users, this will be coordinated by the lead administrator, who will reach out to the other clinic admins
   Note: coordination of the update will be done between ITS and the lead Administrator
