I have a new department email that has been created and assigned to me that I am trying to link to Zoom
Environment
Cause
If you have a department or organizational shared email that you share with others - it is not an actual email account that you can log into
Shared email accounts do not work with Zoom
Resolution
- Shared email accounts cannot be used to log into Zoom because there is no password associated with the account
