Locate Lost Device That Was Previously Connected to USD's Network

Issue/Question

A USD Student is reporting a lost cell phone, Is IT able to locate the device and notify UPD?

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information 
    1. Have you connected the device to USD's wireless network
    2. Device type and manufacturer
    3. Username used to connect to the network
    4. MAC address (if known)
    5. Last location and date of use
