Resolution

Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
1. Name of the file(s) and approximate date they were deleted
  Note: After 25 days the files are likely lost

Follow Recover Google Drive files as G-Suite Administrator
Follow Investigating Documents Trashed from a Shared Google Drive Folder
Note: This process is specifically for recovering files trashed from a shared folder with a different owner
