Picture and Profile name incorrect in Zoom

Issue/Question

Pictures and name not showing up properly in Zoom anymore

Environment

• Zoom 

Cause

It is possible depending on what meeting you joined that you did not actually sign into Zoom and just entered a name when you joined a meeting. 

Resolution

1. Sign into USD Zoom
2. Click Profile
3. Click Change below the image to upload a new image of yourself
4. Click Edit to the right of your name to change the way your name is displayed

Note: To ensure that these settings are used, you should sign into your USD Zoom
