Shared Drive quota warning email was sent out to individual that last updated a file on the network Shared Drive

Environment

• Shared Drive

Cause

Storage threshold for the Shared Drive has been met

Resolution

1. Remove unneeded and outdated files
2. Migrate any files to another location
   1. Migrate files to One Drive
   2. Migrate files to Microsoft Teams
