Running Building Activity Change Times Report in 25Live

How do I run the Building Activity Change Times Report in 25Live?

Environment

• 25Live

Cause

For each day in a given census week, this report shows how many students are entering and leaving a building as recorded by each events start and end time. 

Resolution

1. Log into 25Live Pro 
   Note: This report is not available in Simplified
2. Click  in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click Reports
4. Click Location Reports in the horizontal navigation
5. Click Select an item 
6. Click Building Activity Change Times
7. Fill out these fields:
   • Census Date: Change this to the week you are interested in reviewing
   • Location Search: Pick an option from the drop down box
     • USD has a couple public searches for classrooms, you can use one of those if you don’t have a search saved yourself. 
   • Use X25 Building and Floor:  No
   • Sum Bound Head Counts: No
   • Report Delivery Options: View this report now
   • Report Format Options: format you are interested in viewing
8. Click Run Report
9. This report will open a new tab in your browser and will download a file for you to review. 
   Note:If nothing happens, confirm you do not have pop up blocking turned on.
