ETC Simulation System not loading with plugin error

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • IE
  • Edge
  • Chrome
  • Firefox

Cause

New version of ETC has plugin issue with browsers.

Resolution

  1. Open the ETC address in a browser
  2. Close plugin error message
  3. Go to settings gear
  4. Run update for plugins for Windows
  5. Scroll down and load the KBPort Browser for Windows
  6. Open ETC Browser from Desktop and enter ETC address in address window
