Missing 25 Live Rooms and Options

Issue/Question

When I log in I get a very basic page that does not have any of my rooms, etc., not even a way to create an event

Environment

• 25 Live

Cause

No security has been assigned

Resolution

1. After a users intial login, the system will email the user when their security has been updated.   Please log out of 25Live until the email has been recieved
2. If an email is not recieved within 30 minutes after inital login, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name of user experiencing issue
   2. Any error messages received
