Zoom Alternate Host Not Able to Access the Meeting

Issue/Question

I set someone else up as an alternate host and they cannot access the meeting.

Environment

• Zoom

Cause

Meeting needs to be accessed through the web site usd.zoom.us

Resolution

1.  Have the alternate Zoom meeting host login and access the meeting through the usd.zoom.us website instead of the email invitation
