Banner Invoice not Paying, no one else can see the Invoice

Issue/Question

I entered a Banner invoice some time ago that seems to be lost in space. No one can see it in Banner except me, so it hasn’t dropped into any approval queues & therefore hasn’t been paid as yet

Accounting unable to open invoice in Banner

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The invoice ID in Banner
    2. Any other information on what you have done to attempt to resolve the issue, to date
