Cause

Resolution

1. Books can be sold online through the marketplace at USD's Online Bookstore 
2. There are costs associated with selling the books on the marketplace

Selling Online at usd.textbookx.com

1. Go to USD's Online Bookstore 
2. Sign in with your USD credentials
3. Click Sell
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to enter the ISBN of the book you want to sell
5. Some qualify for instant buyback or guaranteed price buy back
6. Follow steps to post book
7. Once sold, you will receive an email notification from customerservice@akademos.com
8. Confirm the sale in your online bookstore account within 2 business days from the date of the sale notification or the sale will be canceled, and your item removed from the marketplace
9. Print packing slip and shipping label
10. Mail book as instructed
11. Once the sale is complete, the payment will be direct deposited into your bank account or given as a store credit
    Note: if you choose the store credit, you receive a 5% bonus
