Requesting New Administrators for the Akademos Bookstore Tool

Issue/Question

  • How do admins get added to the USD Bookstore tool
  • How can I as a department chair or dean see all the courses in my area in the online bookstore?

Environment

Cause

Department chairs, Dean and Administrators need to be able to review courses in their area and add books if needed

Resolution

  1. Please contact Charlie's Bookstore & Fan Shop with your access request with the following information:
    1. Who needs access
    2. Which courses or area of courses should be included 
  2. Once the request has been approved by the appropriate channels, the admin will be informed

Bookstore Admins

  1. Follow instructions (How to Add an Admin) on the Team Site, located under Process Documentation > Admins 
  2. Contact ITS to enter details needed
