Reporting Error While Using Evisions

Issue/Question

Receiving error when trying to use Evisions (Argos) and selecting Official Transcript

     Error: Abnormal Program Termination

Receiving error when trying t access transcript.

    Error while executing 'f1_SQL-get_Inst_Info' followed by select statement

Environment

• Evisions
• Argos
• Internet Explorer (IE)

Cause

Cached pages or

Incompatible version of Java installed or

Deeper computer issue or

RIS has to do something to make it work

Resolution

Note: Argos/Evisions only works in Internet Explorer (IE)

1. Clear cache on your browser and try again
2. If your still having issues, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. NI number on the affected computer
   2. Version of Java installed

Note: If the error states something like Error while executing 'f1_SQL-get_Inst_Info' followed by select statement
