Issue Viewing PDF Files

Issue/Question

I can't view more than the first page of PDF file and if I try to in Internet Explorer, my web browser crashes.

I am unable to print a Docusign document directly from the DocuSign window in Internet Explorer.

Environment

  • Windows OS
  • Adobe Reader DC

Resolution

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select 
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. Click the Security tab
  5. Uncheck Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)
  6. Click OK
  7. Close Internet Explorer and reopen
