Issue/Question

I am receiving an error message when accessing a website

Error: NAT Device Detected

Error: You have been detected using a device that performs network address translation (NAT). These devices, typically wireless access points or 'routers' are not permitted on the network. Please unplug this device and connect your computer directly to the network for access.

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The type of device you are using
    2. The MAC address of the device
