Replacing a Toshiba Copier Toner Cartridge

Issue/Question

Copier is out of toner.

I tried replacing the toner and now the door won't close.

Environment

Cause

Toner used up

Resolution

1. Open the front cover of your Toshiba printer.
2. Hold down the green lever.
3. Gently pull out the installed empty toner cartridge.
4. Carefully shake the new toner cartridge strongly with the label surface down to loosen the toner inside.
5. Pull out the seal in the direction of the arrow.
6. Insert the toner cartridge along the rail. Make sure to hear it clicks to make sure it is lock in place.
7. Carefully pull the cleaner out until it comes to a stop, and then carefully reinsert it straight into its original position.
   Note: Repeat this step a couple of times.
8. Close the front cover
   Note: You may need to contact supplier if the toner is not recognized by the printer
