Camera for Web Conferencing in PT/OT Classroom is Not Working

Issue/Question

The camera feed is not working in Zoom

Unable to get the camera to work in Zoom

Environment

• Sanford Coyote Sports Center A311A
• Sanford Coyote Sports Center A351

Cause

The computer has lost communication with the camera and AV bridge

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Room number
   2. Building Name 
   3. A detailed description of the issue
