Removing Students from D2L Course

Issue/Question

I have students on my D2L course section that are not registered in Banner.  How do I remove them? 

Environment

• Desire2Learn

Cause

D2L course enrollments are not being updated via the Banner update and have to be removed from D2L manually 

Resolution

1. Login to D2L 
2. Navigate to Course Section
3. Click Resources
4. Click Classlist
5. Student(s) you want to remove
6. Click Unenroll button

Note: You should verify student is no longer enrolled by cross referencing Banner class list as the Banner list should be correct
