Text On Screen is Too Large or Small

Issue/Question

When opening an Outlook email the text is very small

My Outlook is zoomed out

My Outlook text is very big

I cannot see all of my menu shortcuts in Banner, it cuts off some of my favorites

Environment

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Chrome
  • Banner

Resolution

  1. To make the text bigger, press and hold CTRL and scroll the mousewheel up to the preferred Text Zoom percentage
  2. To make the text smaller, press and hold CTRL and scroll the mousewheel down to the preferred Text Zoom percentage
