Phish Alert Button Missing for Shared Mailbox

Problem

I was going to push the phishing button but noticed that there was no option

Solution

  1. Drag the malicious message to your personal Inbox
  2. Submit the copy using the PAB from your Inbox
  3. Delete the malicious message from your shared mailbox

or

  1. View the shared account through the Outlook Online
  2. Click the message
  3. Click the three dots
  4. Click Phish Alert V2
