Standard Student Account Aging Policy with Hiatus Status

Issue/Question

How long does a student on hiatus retain their Coyotes mailbox?

I am an active Military, can I keep my account?

Environment

• USD Accounts
• Office 365

Resolution

1. Typically students are granted access to their email for two semesters after their final active semester
2. If a student is on hiatus they can be updated in Banner as such and their account will stay active during an approved leave of absence
