Receiving Reimbursement for Personally Purchased IT Equipment

Issue/Question

I bought an iPad with my personal credit card to use for work, how do I get reimbursed?

Environment

  • Personally Purchased Hardware

Cause

 

Resolution

  1.  Contact Auxiliary Services with the make,model, and purchase information
  2. Auxiliary Services may then contact ITS if approval is given to allow the equipment on campus
  3. If Approved, it will be treated as purchasing new hardware
