Error: Warning: Kramer serial tunnel disconnected. Please contact the help desk for assistance.

Cause

The Kramer VP-773A video switch has lost network connection and is offline.

1.  Please Report Smart Classroom Issue with the following information: 
   1. Building
   2. Room number
   3. A detailed description of the issue
   4. Error messages
