I assigned a room in 25Live and now I can't find the event

Issue/Question

I assigned a room in 25Live and now I can't find the event to confirm it.

Environment

  • 25Live 

Cause

Event is in the wrong cabinent 

Resolution

  1. In 25Live, find the event by going to the "Go to Search" button
  2. Go to the "Events" search 
  3. Click on "Advanced" 
  4. Click on the "Add Criteria" and choose "Contact"
  5. Leave the "Any Role" option selected, click on the "Edit" button
  6. Search for the name of the requestor of the event, click on the checkbox next to their name and click "Done"
  7. Click on the "Search" button if it doesn't automatically start
  8. Scroll to the event that you assigned the space for and click on the name of the event to open the details
  9. Check the "Cabinet" information on the "Event Info" section of the event.
  10. If the cabinet is one you don't have access to, please follow your scheduling procedures.
