I would like to request Panopto recordings

I would like to download the Panopto recordings for our class in a format that I can have them for future reference.

I would like to request to have a Panopto video recording and that it be added or linked to D2L and set up as class lectures

I need to tape a seminar

I need to change a scheduled Panopto recording

Student, Faculty or Staff needs a change request for Panopto recording

Resolution

1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
   1. For recurring classes
      • Name of course to record or change
      • Building and room number
      • Instructor name
      • Days and times to record or change
      • Start Date and End Date for recordings
      • Any dates that need to be excluded from the recording schedule
   • For one-time recordings
     • Title of recording
     • Building and room number
     • Presenter name
     • Date, start time, and duration of recording
     • Folder where recording is or should be stored
     • Who should have access to the recording
