Note: Administrative access with the role of Help Desk, User Manager, Administrator, or Owner required to complete these steps
These steps are taken from https://duo.com/docs/administration-users#verifying-users-with-duo-push
- Log in to https://admin.duosecurity.com
- Click Users
- Filter for the email address
- Click the Username
- Inform the customer that you will send them a Push on the Duo mobile app
- Click Send Duo Push
- Instruct the customer to approve the push
Note: You can optionally read the confirmation code to the customer, so they know the message came from you
- A message Duo Push approved appears in the console
Note: A message Duo Push denied indicates possible fraudulent activity
- Click Close
