Note: Administrative access with the role of Help Desk, User Manager, Administrator, or Owner required to complete these steps

These steps are taken from https://duo.com/docs/administration-users#verifying-users-with-duo-push

  1. Log in to https://admin.duosecurity.com
  2. Click Users
  3. Filter  for the email address
  4. Click the Username
  5. Inform the customer that you will send them a Push on the Duo mobile app
  6. Click Send Duo Push
  7. Instruct the customer to approve the push
    Note: You can optionally read the confirmation code to the customer, so they know the message came from you
  8. A message Duo Push approved appears in the console
    Note: A message Duo Push denied indicates possible fraudulent activity
  9. Click Close
