ImageNow Not Linking to Student File

Issue/Question

  • Image Now is not working
  • ImageNow will not link file to student.
  • Error: Could not find ID
  • Linking documents from Banner isn't working

Environment

  • Perceptive Content/ImageNow

Resolution

  1. Log out of ImageNow
  2. Clear Internet Browser Cache & Cookies 
  3. When you start linking documents make sure to have the Banner screen open
  4. Do not have a bunch of the same browser windows open
  5. In upper Right-Hand Corner, there is a dropdown that says Application Plan, Select the new plan, then it will try to auto-link
