Cannot Find the Correct Output of FGRODTA in E-Print

Issue/Question

  • I cannot find the output for the FGRODTA report for my Organization Code in the USD-Finance Repository in EPrint, usually available around the 10th of the month
  • FGRODTA Report Not Generating

  • Environment

  • Experience.usd.edu (Formerly SNAP)
  • E-Print

Cause

The report has not yet been run for the month desired

OR

The report is in the Finance (NOT USD-Finance) Repository

Resolution

  1. Wait for notification that the report has been run and routed to E-Print for this month
  2. If the report is not where you expect it to be, access E-Print again
  3. Note the Repository you are entering in the dropdown list
  4. If it states USD - Finance and you did NOT find the document, then select Finance from the list the click the Enter button
  5. If prompted, enter your credentials again
  6. The list of reports is displayed with a dropdown in the lower center of the screen where you can search for the document desired (FGRODTA)
  7. The document you selected will be displayed at the top of the list, if it exists
  8. You may then use the drill icon to search for the Organization or range of Organizations you wish to view
  9. If the document does not exist, it may not have been run yet
