Student Unable to Print to USD Print Printers or Copiers

Issue/Question

I am unable to print.  

Error: Insufficient funds

Error: Please swipe your USD ID

Environment

  • USD Print

Cause

Multiple Causes

Resolution

  1. Check your Print/Coyote card balance Coyote Card Online 
    1. If you have funds available, proceed to step 5
    2. View Print Debit
    3. Click Sign In
    4. Click Add Coyote Card Funds Here!
  2. If card is marked as inactive printing will not work,  Check If card is Activate
    Note: If you have reported the card as lost or stolen it will be deactivated
  3. Swipe your ID on the Multifunction Copier card swipe and try printing again
  4. If using a computer in one of the campus labs
    1. Reboot the computer
    2. Test on another lab computer
  5. On your personal device
  6. Stop by the Service Desk with your ID
