Error: Please swipe your USD ID
Pharos print option does not popup on the lab computers

Multiple Causes
Resolution
- Check your Pharos/Coyote card balance Coyote Card Online
- If you have funds available, proceed to step 5
- View USD Pharos Debit
- Click Sign In
- Click Add Coyote Card Funds Here!
- Swipe your ID on the Multifunction Copier card swipe and try printing again
- If using a computer in one of the campus labs
- Reboot the computer
- Test on another lab computer
- On your personal device
- Cannot print while on SDVisitor wireless network so connect to Eduroam
- Uninstall Pharos
- Reinstall Pharos
- Stop by the Service Desk with your ID
