Shared Email Accounts Sent Items Not Going to Right Location

Issue/Question

How do I have a shared account sent and deleted items go to that account's folders

Sent email does not appear in correct Sent Items

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
    3. Email Accounts being used
