Issue/Question

Can you please verify that you have a record of my completion? 

I completed this training already

Is there a place to locate the certificate for this training? I need it for accreditation.

Resolution

1. For recently completed trainings, please log into the KnowBe4 Training portal
2. The status of your training is shown
3. Click Download Certificate if you would like record of training completion 
4. If you need additional assistance, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name of module completed
