I am needing assistance with an Oculus VR headset

Resolution

  1. The USD IT Department can assist with connecting to the Wireless Internet
  2. We are unable to assist with any other aspect of the device
  3. If you still have troubles connecting the device, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    • Make and Model of device you're trying to connect
    • Screenshot or photo of the wireless MAC address of your device
    • Building
    • Room Number
