Documents not Posting in Banner

Issue/Question

It appears that documents are not posting in Banner

They do not show up on FGIDOCR where completed documents can be viewed, but they are not waiting in a queue, either

They do not show up as expenses in their respective Accounts under their funds on FGIBDSR, or FGIGLAC

Environment

• Banner Finance

Cause

The documents were in Suspense - looked up on FGAJVCD

The documents can also appear here because the Posting process is hung

Resolution

1. Check for the items in FGAJVCD and address any problems noted that have placed them in suspense
2. If you have addressed any items that may have put the documents in suspense, but they stay in suspense, please contact the Service Desk with detail including
   1. Any error messages you receive
   2. What screens you see the errors on
   3. Document numbers as examples
