Student Viewing Grades and Midterm Grades

Issue/Question

I was wondering where we find where our final grades are posted at in Banner for the Summer classes?

How do I view my grades? 

I am unable to view my unofficial transcript or grades

Environment

  • Banner-Student 
  • Self Service Banner
  • USDGo App

Cause

Incorrect instructions were circulated directing students to access grades via Financial Aid link in the portal

Resolution

Students can see their midterm grades in USDGo and on the web in Coyote Connections

USDGo App

  1. Open USDGo App (available from Google Play or App Store)
  2. Click Student & Academic Info
  3. Click My Grades - Midterm & Final
  4. Login with USD credentials
  5. View Grades

Self-Service Portal

  1. Go to Registration Self Service
  2. Click Register for Classes
    1. This will prompt you to log in with your email address and password or will log you in automatically
  3. Click  in the upper left corner
  4. Click Student Links
  5. Click My Academic Information
  6. Click Academic History-Courses and Grades
  7. Fill out the drop downs 
  8. Click Submit
  9. Print to a PDF

OR, students can:

  1. Pick SNAP from my.usd.edu portal
  2. Click USD Experience
  3. Click Home
  4. Click Student & Academic Info, My Academic History Courses & Grades
  5. Pick these:
    Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. Print to PDF/download
