Adopting Textbooks in usd.textbookx.com not possible

Issue/Question

• Buttons to select courses are not active
• Screen indicates Missing Adoption and there is not a fix button
• When logged in as a bookstore admin, course not listed

Instructors 

1. Access the courses by clicking on courses on the left-hand side of the strip
2. Confirm selected Semester is correct
3. Follow Adopting course material in the USD Online Bookstore

Bookstore Admins

1. Access the courses by clicking on courses on the left-hand side of the strip
2. Confirm selected Semester is correct
3. Search by instructor name or course
4. Course not listed in the bookstore
   1. If a course is not listed in Banner, email classrooms@usd.edu
      Note: once the Registrar's Office has made the changes in Banner, the online bookstore will reflect those changes within 24 hours
   2. If a course is listed in Banner, but not your admin bookstore account, contact Charlie's Bookstore & Fan Shop to check your admin access rights
