B-Line Software is Not Displaying Patient Monitor Correctly

Issue/Question

The B-Line Medical software is not displaying the patient monitor for room 3.  The software shows a blank blue rectangle instead of the camera image.

Sim Lab is displaying erratic video resolution

Environment

• Nursing Simulation Lab
• B-Line Medical SimCapture

Cause

B-Line Medical SimCapture computer is not working correctly

Resolution

1. Restart the B-Line software
2. Restart the computer running the B-Line software
3. If a restart does not solve the issue, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Your name
   2. A brief description of the issue
   3. When the system will be available for service
