USD Account was Created with Bad Data

Issue/Question

My display name is not correct, how can I get that changed?

My name in my email address is miss- spelled, how can I get this changed?

The name listed on my email address is not my name, how can I change this?

My last name has changed, How do I change my email address?

Social Security Number(SSN) was entered incorrectly 

Environment

Resolution

Changes that will be made:

1. Your current account will be deleted so the account can be re-created using the correct information
2. Forward any email messages you need to your personal email address, the process of deleting the account will delete all email messages

Students

Note: If you need your legal first or last name updated you should first contact the Registrar's Office  

1. Once the Registrar's office has updated your account please contact the Service Desk
2. Provide your Preferred or legal first name and Legal last name or Student ID

Faculty/Staff

 Note: If you need your legal first or last name updated you should contact Human Resources 

1. Once the HR has updated your account please contact the Service Desk
2. Provide your Preferred first name and Legal last name
