After a power event such as a blip or loss of power, a device previously connected to the network is now offline

After scheduled maintenance, a device previously connected to the network is now offline

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information about the device: 
    1. Internet Protocol (IP) Address
    2. Building location
    3. The last time it was online
