Unable to Enter Grades in D2L

Issue/Question

When I try to enter grades, and click on the drop down arrows, there are no options

Environment

  • Desire2Learn (D2L)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox

Cause

Internet Explorer does not display the drop-down arrow options

Resolution

  1. Log into D2L using Firefox
