Adjusting Ringer Volume on Cisco Phone

How can I adjust the ringer on my Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Press the minus   or plus  button repeatedly until the desired volume level is reached
  2. To turn the ringer off, press the minus button   repeatedly until silent
  3. If you wish to silence the ringer for a single line of a phone with multiple lines, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Which line(s) you wish to silence
