Receiving Notifications From D2L

Issue/Question

I graduated years ago and I keep getting texts from D2L

I do not want to have D2L notifications on my phone

Environment

  • D2L

Cause

Notifications are still turned on

Resolution

  1. Log in to D2L
  2. Click your name in the upper right corner
  3. Click Notifications
  4. Remove checkmarks from notification options that you do not want to receive
  5. Click Save
  6. If you no longer have access to D2L, please contact the Service Desk

Note: Bell Alerts are not customizable

  1. To manually turn off notifications, please follow Impersonating User in D2L and change the notification settings
