I am receiving this error when trying to look up attachments to Banner
I am not able to upload document in Webextender - I can log in and I can look at invoices someone else uploaded but I can not upload any documents.
Error: Banner Document Management is installed at your site, but you are not set up as a user in that system. Please contact your Administrator for information.

Cause
Permissions have not been granted to that function, your supervisor will need to request this access be added for you
Resolution
- Fill out the Banner Access Request to request the correct permissions
Note: This form must be submitted by a supervisor
