ImageNow Print Quality

Issue/Question

When printing PDF document to ImageNow the quality is not very good. However, if I go into the print properties when the print dialog box pulls up and select color, the document comes through much clearer in ImageNow.

Environment

  • ImageNow

Cause

ImageNow Printer properties not set correctly

Resolution

  1. In Adobe select ImageNow Printer
  2. Click Properties
  3. Click Color
    Note:     If this does not work try switching to black and white instead
  4. Click Print

If you continue to have issues please make sure your Windows OS is updated
