Issue/Question

Not receiving calls from numbers that are not from USD

Can’t receive calls from the outside world

Environment

  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
  • Non-USD VoIP numbers

Resolution

  1. Contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Which number is not able to receive calls
    2. An example of which non-USD number is trying to call
    3. Date and Time the problem was observed and the non-USD number attempted their call
    4. The exact message that is heard when attempting to dial
